Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What makes needle-felted wool portraits an exclusive custom gift?
Unlike factory-molded figurines, each felted replica requires 15–30 days of meticulous needle-felting using pure natural wool. It is 100% artisanal, bespoke to your pet, and gives a warm, huggable tactile feel.
Q2: How do you match complex fur colors and unique markings?
Our wool artisans custom-blend different fiber shades by hand to accurately recreate complex coat transitions, distinct chest patches, facial markings, and unique eye colors based on your reference pictures.
Q3: How long does it take to make a custom felted pet replica?
Because each piece is entirely handmade needle by needle, the crafting process takes 15–30 business days. We send multi-angle photos for your review and adjustments before shipping, followed by 7–15 business days for tracked international delivery.
Q4: How should I care for and maintain my needle-felted pet portrait?
Needle-felted art should be kept dry and displayed indoors away from direct sunlight or pets. If dust settles, gently blow it away with a hair dryer on a cool, gentle setting or use a soft brush. Do not machine wash or pull on individual fibers.
Tens of thousands of needle stitches crafted with love, turning treasured memories into an everlasting keepsake.
